Mohs Surgery & Health Fund Procedures
- Mohs surgery performed at Assuta and Herzliya Medical Center
- Maccabi members: Mohs surgery covered through Maccabi referral
- Other health funds: coverage varies by policy
- Skin biopsies with dermatologist referral performed through health fund framework

Tax invoice/receipt sent automatically by SMS to the registered phone number. Invoices cannot be modified after issuance.
